Company president, Song Park, is experienced in every trade involved in home construction. He will take all your needs into consideration when drawing the plans for your new home. Song is very hands on and able to put his own personal touches on the special features you will see and love. How it all began…

With over 35 years of serving the Central Texas area, Park Quality Homes had humble beginnings. Growing up in South Korea in a very poor economy, Cha Park had to start working out of necessity to help support his family when he was only 12. Then at the age of 15, with barely a middle school education, he embarked on his first business venture, opening his own cabinet shop and creating beautiful Korean Abalone and Mother of Pearl cabinetry. After years of hard work and the desire for a better life, he made a bold decision to take his wife and their 18 month old son, Song, to the United States to live the “American Dream.”

Park Construction was founded by Cha Park and his two brothers in the early 1983. With hard work, they slowly grew loyal customers and earned a reputation of quality. Park Construction was a well respected company that specialized in remodeling, room additions and a few home building projects. Word of mouth helped to keep them busy and there was never a period that they lacked work.

Song Park grew up learning the trade during summers and weekends. He was also his parents’ interpreter, making phone calls and creating work proposals. He completed 3 years of Drafting in High School and received an Associates Degree in Drafting and Design from Central Texas College in 2002. Together with his father, Song Park began building homes full time in 2006, designing and drawing all the homes that they build.

Now that Cha Park has retired, he has entrusted the reputation of quality work to Song Park. Park Quality Homes continues to honor the sacrifice and dedication instilled by Cha Park with each one of our quality built homes.
