I have experience working with cooperatives, Oncor, and the local cities so getting water and power to you will not be an issue. I have even drilled water wells when water service is not available, and installing a septic system is not a problem. If you do not have a current survey for the land, I can get one ordered and do any necessary civil engineering. I can even meet and discuss potential properties you are looking to purchase for your future home.
