I purchased my home from Park Quality Homes in 2011. I was thrilled to be able to look at the available homes on the website. I was able to see floor plans as well as photographs the available homes to aid in making my selection. I viewed several homes prior to their completion as part of the process.
On multiple occasions I was afforded entry into nearly completed homes by calling Song Park, who met me there within minutes of my call. Mr. Park accompanied me on my tours, making himself available to answer any questions I had on the spot. Mr. Park also made himself available to meet with my realtor to inspect the home before I agreed to the purchase. I thought the home I selected was very reasonably priced and, while there was nothing ‘wrong’ with the home, Mr. Park happily corrected minor issues I noticed during my walk through.
I was very pleased with many features of my home, including the openness of the kitchen, dining room and living room, and the vaulted ceilings which all combined to create a very large living space. I also appreciated the nuances like the curved transition from foyer to living space, and the rounded wall edges and window tops as opposed right angles. The use of large windows also increased more natural light in each room making them feel warm and welcoming.
I have owned several homes in my life. My current residence in White Rock Estates is particularly satisfying both in the quality workmanship and in the attention and response from Song Park to questions or issues I encountered, even months after moving in. Even my realtor of 30 years was impressed by the quality, service and attention I receive from Park Quality Homes!

I just want to say Park Quality Homes did an excellent job building my house. Mr. Song Park did everything I wanted for my house and more. He was very down to earth and approachable. I had my house built in 2014 and I haven’t had any issues with it. Park Quality Homes does Top Notch Work. If I decide to build again I will definitely let Park Quality Homes do the work. Our experience with building…was extremely smooth and stress-free
Our experience with building a home with Song Park back in 2009 was extremely smooth and stress-free. Song did a fantastic job from start to finish and truly went above and beyond. It has been almost nine years and we still keep in touch. In fact, when we decided to upgrade and extend our master shower last year, Song was the first person we thought of! He of course did an incredible job at an extremely affordable price and within a very reasonable time frame.
I highly recommend Song for being so professional, helpful, and attentive every step of the way. He listened to our needs, accommodated our suggestions, and kept us informed throughout the construction process. But most of all, he is an outstanding builder and I truly commend him for all his incredible work, attention to detail, and thoroughness. I remember him being exceedingly tidy and at the end of each work day ensuring everything was clean and prepared for the next day.
Song really does go above and beyond for his customers. I remember approximately five years after moving in, I came home one day to find Song outside our house fixing our side gate. He happened to be in the neighborhood, drove past, and noticed our gate had partially blown off the hinges due to extreme wind and decided to fix it there and then. I am quite certain you will not get that type of service from a large, national homebuilder!
It was truly a great experience building with Song Park and I cannot emphasize enough how great builder he is. I would like to add that Song and his workers were always extremely trustworthy and respectful, which I am sure you will agree is especially important in this day and age.

We are truly happy with our new home from Park Quality Homes, LLC
We looked at a lot of new homes in Killeen and Harker Heights and many different home builders. I especially looked at the homes in progress to see how they were being built. Most of the builders were not up to my quality level. When we found Park Quality Homes, LLC, Song Park showed us several of the homes he had built and we found a floor plan that we really liked but not the location. Song told us of an area he was building in that had a corner lot exactly like we wanted. We checked it out and it was perfect. He built our new house on time and with all the custom modifications that we asked for. I watched as it was being built and was very impressed with the quality of the construction. We had him build a work shop in the back yard for me to work in and it looks just like the house, not something that was added as a misfit to the property. We have been very happy for the past 5 years in our home. I have talked to many of the other home owners in this area with homes built by other builders and they have had many problems with the builder and the homes. We have not had any problems with our home and we are very pleased with Park Quality Homes, LLC.

…the thing we liked most about Park Quality Homes in choosing a builder was that they offered a copy of the floor plan and actually drew it up to the style of home that we sit down and talked about and a price list that showed the approximate cost of the home with garage, and mancave etc. This made it much easier for us to figure out what we wanted to do.
We absolutely love our new home and have received many compliments on it! It was built with the highest quality and turned out even more beautiful than we ever imagined. We would definitely use Park Quality Homes again and highly recommend them! Park Quality Homes has answered every question and was very patient at every step in building our home. It has been a pleasure to work with so many wonderful people. Thank you again for helping us to achieve our dream.
